What a lovely, relaxing break. The cottage is very well equipped and very dog friendly. Our three dogs loved the walks along the beach and in the fields. Gail & Jim made us feel very welcome and we will certainly be returning to this beautiful place in the future.

Only the second time we've been away with our 'full of energy' Cocker Spaniel. Great to have walks straight from the door which we did most days. Many hours walking every day in a very quiet, peaceful part of Scotland. Cottage is great and perfect for us and the dog. Many thanks!

Usually head to the Highlands but attracted here for mountain biking reputation and had a fantastic time. For those into MTB recommend red runs at Ae and Mabie.

It was a great pleasure to stay in this bright and excellent designed cottage for a fortnight. Craigshall Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. Many thanks for the surprising welcome greetings. We enjoyed exploring the Solway coast and Galloway: sun bathing at Red H'aen, hiking over the cliffs at Balcary, riding through the fields and shopping in Glasgow. Thanks for all.
